Prints, stickers, pins, and postcards leave the studio within two business days. Ornaments, wall decor, seasonal goods, and anything made to order ship within five. You will get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.

Prints ship flat in rigid mailers up to 11 × 14 inches; 16 × 20 prints ship rolled in a heavy tube. Ornaments and accessories arrive in a small gift box, and every order is wrapped in black tissue and sealed with our Memento Vivere sticker.

International orders may be charged duties or import taxes on arrival. Those are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. We mark every parcel honestly.

Returns and exchanges

If you do not love it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Prints must come back flat or rolled the way they arrived.

Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is on us and we will send a label. Refunds go to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching the studio.

Stickers, gift cards, and anything personalised cannot be returned, for reasons that are hopefully obvious.

Damaged or lost parcels

Photograph the box and the item and send both to us through the contact page within seven days of delivery. We replace damaged goods at our cost, no return required. If tracking has not moved in ten days domestically or thirty internationally, tell us and we will chase the carrier or reship.
